Hope everyone managed to get out and get their walks in this week. Week 4 ~ 165 Back injury had me spending more time on the couch and less time in my sneakers this week. :(
Week 3 is complete. Congrats to everyone who's made it this far.....don't quit now! My week was awful, life got in the way and did not walk as much and missed one of my Zumba classes. Also ate out twice. Only walked 238 minutes. I plan on finishing this challenge strong, how about you?

I was able to squeeze in another 4 miles today, even in this heat. That's 16 down, 84 to go to reach my 100 miles in July goal.
