Week 3 is complete. Congrats to everyone who's made it this far.....don't quit now!
My week was awful, life got in the way and did not walk as much and missed one of my Zumba classes. Also ate out twice. Only walked 238 minutes.
I plan on finishing this challenge strong, how about you?

255 for me. That's my lowest number yet, but I'm not disappointed. I continued to do what I set out to do (minimum 30 minutes every single day) and I continue to enjoy it! I do hope to get some longer walks in during the final week, though.0

Week 3 ~ 1550 -
360 minutes for me, although I did have 2 lazy days in a row.
Planning to do better next week.

Had a bad week for me..only walked 143 minutes...will pick it back up this week...got to finish July on a high note!!!:bigsmile:0
