I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We are now starting a new week so no matter how your week went last week, whether it was good or bad, its now time to start fresh! We are now in a new week! Lets make the best of it! What are your goals for this week?

Happy Monday!
1. Workout between 30-40 minutes..
Monday: after work
Tuesday: before work
Wednesday: before or after work
Thursday: before or after work
Friday: after work
Saturday: morning
2. Go to bed by 10:30 pm Monday-Friday
3. Plan my meals for the week, I will do that today.0 -
My goal is to workout at least 4x this week.
I have had a couple bad workout weeks with only working out once or twice :sad:. Fortunately I haven' t gained a pound, but sadly I haven't lost weight either. And I have 5lbs to go to meet my goal weight for june which is 199lbs by the 30th. So I need to get it together. 12 days left!!!!0 -
My goal is to work out every day this week which includes walking for at least 30 mins a day.
I want to stay within my daily calorie intake goal everyday this week.0 -
To workout this week because I havent in over a week!0

My goal this week is to make better food choice and cut down on my protein intake. Also get to the gym at least 3 times this week to get my cardio. I would love to lose at least 1 lb.0

Hey Ya'll
My goal is
Workout every morning monday-saturday and let my rest day be on sunday. My biggest goal as of right now is my intake on sugar for instance breakfast this morning by eating sugar smacks with skim milk put me over my sugar intake which is very hard but I'm working and staying strong.0 -
