    Day two: 300 burned each day so 600 total. Going good so far!

    Wow.... racking up being that I'm not working right now.

    Goal met....1507 calories (Mon-803; Tues 704) . Can't wait to see how I measure at the end of the week. Feel great! Being doing a lot but no pains.... primarily cardiovascular walking at steady pace in target heart rate /fat-burning state. Good Luck!

    Another 300 burnt yesterday,
    So 600 in total, I may fall short this week, I managed to tear a muscle around my shoulder blade and can barely lift my arm this morning and i tossed and turned all night
