Well since it wasn't up yet and I weighed in yesterday I figured I'd go ahead and post the topic before I forgot to post my results! (I hope you guys don't mind)

    To be honest, I really expected a bigger loss considering all the extra activities last week but losing a pound on vacation is still pretty dang sweet. :-)

    On another positive note, I redid my measurements. Since beginning this challenges, I've lost 6 inches!

    I have been retaining water from increasing my workouts and TMO approaching so the scale actually says 184 (but i know its a lie) anyone who has dealt with water retention knows that lol so i know it will be off by next week since I have been eating well still.

    I did pull out my measuring tape because I was getting discouraged and I have lost 3 inches since the beginning of the challenge.. i don't measure every week normally just every month or when i feel like it to keep me motivated

    I won't be losing much, most likely, for a bit. I got a concussion playing softball on Monday and the Dr tells me that I'm supposed to take it easy for a while. 30 pounds in 90 days might not be a possibility for me

    So suggestion if you have not already: If you get discouraged by the number on the scale, pull out a good ol' tape measure and measure the walls of your living room. J/K abut the living room, not the tape measure :)

    I agree with dm about pulling out the tape measure. I measured myself a few days ago. Becuase when I stop seeing the number on the scale going down I'll check those measurements again for motivation because I am sure if the scale isn't going down the measurements still will...

    I've been weighing myself daily, and have noticed that my weight loss has slowed down somewhat. (This, of course, is to be expected. I started working seriously on my fitness/weight loss on June 7th, and the first few pounds are the easiest.) Looking back a week, though, my pace is still something I'm very happy with even though I can't see much day-to-day. :happy:

    I'm starting RushFit tonight, so I will certainly be burning more calories. Hopefully I can keep up a rapid (yet healthy) pace for continuing loss.
