Well since it wasn't up yet and I weighed in yesterday I figured I'd go ahead and post the topic before I forgot to post my results! (I hope you guys don't mind)

I have been retaining water from increasing my workouts and TMO approaching so the scale actually says 184 (but i know its a lie) anyone who has dealt with water retention knows that lol so i know it will be off by next week since I have been eating well still.
I did pull out my measuring tape because I was getting discouraged and I have lost 3 inches since the beginning of the challenge.. i don't measure every week normally just every month or when i feel like it to keep me motivated0 -

I won't be losing much, most likely, for a bit. I got a concussion playing softball on Monday and the Dr tells me that I'm supposed to take it easy for a while. 30 pounds in 90 days might not be a possibility for me0 -

I agree with dm about pulling out the tape measure. I measured myself a few days ago. Becuase when I stop seeing the number on the scale going down I'll check those measurements again for motivation because I am sure if the scale isn't going down the measurements still will...0 -

I've been weighing myself daily, and have noticed that my weight loss has slowed down somewhat. (This, of course, is to be expected. I started working seriously on my fitness/weight loss on June 7th, and the first few pounds are the easiest.) Looking back a week, though, my pace is still something I'm very happy with even though I can't see much day-to-day. :happy:
I'm starting RushFit tonight, so I will certainly be burning more calories. Hopefully I can keep up a rapid (yet healthy) pace for continuing loss.0
