How much have you lost since starting Paleo?

I was just wondering how much weight loss those of you who have been on paleo? I have lost 6 lbs since starting it 3 weeks ago. I am doing surprisingly well. Hope I hear good results...

I lost 30 in three months. I have easily sustained in the following 3 months and gotten leaner.0

I haven't always been as strict as I could be - I am more Primal and probably 80:20 - but I have lost 60lb - well 59.75 but hey - what's a quarter of a pound between friends? :laugh:0

I've met my goal--did that over about 3 months--and have kept it off; now my body just seems to be reshaping itself (over a year paleo)0

20 lbs in 3 1/2 months. This month alone (last 18 days) I have lost 9 lbs. That's 1/2 a pound a day. Awesome!0

1 lb. And it's the same lb that I keep losing and gaining back and forth. But I feel less godawful, so I'm good with that. I have lost 1/2" off my bust, no movement anywhere else.0

Started in January and wanted to lose 10. I lost 13 over 3 or 4 months and have since maintained it. Now my weight is stable but my body composition continues to improve.0

In three months I've lost 0 lbs. My belly fat is slowly disappearing thought. I'll add credit to the Jillian Michaels dvd's for that.
The BF, who still eats sandwiches at lunch and occasional bread or chips at dinner, has lost 12 lbs. He wasn't the one trying to lose weight either. lol.
I guess that's the difference between females and males and weight loss. {sigh}0 -

Hello! I'm 5'10 and my starting weight was 279. I've lost 6 lbs, 3 inches off my hips, 2 off my thighs and one under my bust, in 6 weeks of paleo0

5 pounds in 4 weeks, and it's how I *feel* that's even better - more alert, less tired all the time, no ravenous hunger between meals. I'm hooked0

Maas - I'm only trying to lose 10 lbs, so those 5 lbs (now 6!) put me halfway there. I'm sure I'm going to have to step up the exercise to get the final 5 lbs off though. I'm OK with it, I just have to get my move completed before I try and start any new routines/exercise programs0

Good luck on that move! I'd like to be in the 120's for giggles. So 5 more lbs will get me there. Wondering if this is the thing to do it.0

I've lost 55 pounds since January. I am also more Primal (I eat dairy sometimes but not as a staple) and 80/20. It's been a definite life-changer for me.0

I've been completely Primal for just over a year, in which time I've lost just over 100 pounds - truthfully, I hit the 100-pounds-lost-Primally mark a couple of months ago, and have stabilized since then. With only around 10 pounds to my goal, the losses have all but stopped, but the measurements continue to drop, and I feel AMAZING, so I'm happy.
(With regard to my ticker, I had lost almost 50 pounds before I discovered the Primal Blueprint, but the 100 pounds since then are all Primal losses.)0 -

This is sooo encouraging! I just started this week and can FEEL a difference in my body already. And LOVE that the cravings are gone. I could care less about starch and junk etc...... a miracle TRULY!0

almost 30 pounds since january. I've gained significant muscle mass too March/April I was very very VERY lax in my eating habits, but since I've really committed again in May I've lost 18 pounds!0
