This past weekend was jam packed with parties! I actually did reasonably well and made sure to work out to earn more calories if I needed them. I'm happy with the 1lb loss and hoping to keep it going and get into the 150s soon!!0 -

I got heavy into the cardio this last week. Alot off cross country trail walking for a least a hour. and yesterday i rode my first 50 mile trek on the mountain bike. If i keep up the cardio,drink lots of water, eat healthy and stay at or under my calorie limit i think i can do the 30lbs in 90 comfortably.0 -
Opps, forgot this Wednesday. Lost 1.4 pounds this week. Slow, but sure. Good luck to everyone!!!! Going on vacation this next week, so I hope the good choices fairy stays with me:)0
