Moderate vs strenuous activity? Also Met Reset?

Hmmm..I'm looking at the scooby calculator and was thinking about activity level since it impacts my TDEE by around 300 calories! If I do a strength training dvd that's 48 minutes long 3 days a week and do a cardio workout that's at least 35 minutes long (with one hour long cardio burn once a week usually) the other 3 days a week.... is my activity level moderate or strenuous? I don't want to overeat!

I've been reading about metabolism reset here too. How long do you guys typically eat at TDEE for if you are resetting? If I'm at my goal weight and am just looking to build muscle/shed fat what should I consider doing? If my TDEE is 2150 (for the high activity level) then should I be eating AT 2150 instead of the 2000 I put in?

Thanks guys! Sorry for all the questions. I weighed in today and am planning on taking measurement tomorrow so I can compare/post them in a few weeks. :)

My first question to you is do you work out 7 days a week? If so you really need to schedule a rest day. Now to your questions it sounds to me like you are in the moderate since you are working out about 5 hrs a week. If you are ate goal weight and are just wanting to gain strength then yes you would eat at TDEE. Though don't be surprised if you still lose inches and your body shape starts to change because muscle does some amazing things to your body.
The reset is done for a length of time depending on how long you were at a low cal diet. I didn't do the reset at all just went straight to my cut of 1840 and have been there for 3 months. I came from no exercise and a diet where my calories were around 1000 not on purpose but I came last everyday so I ate when I got around to it or when my blood sugar dropped so low I almost fainted.
After 2 months on my cut my progress completely stalled out and I actually gained 3-4 pounds so I decided to do a mini reset that might actually be longer if I keep getting the amazing results I have gotten so far. So It really just depends on what you are comfortable and what your goals are.

to me it sounds like she works out 6 days- 50 + 50 + 50 + 35 + 35 + 60? So 280, so about 4 hours 40 minutes. I'd probably still say moderate. Unless she does 3 35 minute cardio or one 60 minute one, then it'd put her over 5 hours. I'm not sure though

6 days a week. Yep. See, that's my confusion on the strenuous vs moderate! LOL! I basically put my calories at 2000 (moderate gives me 1935 and strenuous gives me 2135 TDEE) so I figured I'd sort of so a split. On my cardio days I've been know to throw in a 15-20 minute ab workout or a 10 minute arm workout if I'm feeling extra froggy.
