I'm so aggravated. I keep going back and forth the past few weeks. I've never been below 160, I always seem to plateau at this point. Working my butt off this week, and hoping to kiss the 160s goodbye next week.

No change in pounds, but I am extremely proud of my efforts this week.
I have been waking up early, putting in 1/2 hour of exercise before work, keeping my breakfast and lunch calories way down which allows me to enjoy a nice dinner with my family when I get home.
