Stuck on Day 1 of Week 5

So the first time I did C25K, I didn't realize that the days changed starting week 5. I ran day 1 three times, then moved on to day 1 of week 6. This time, I haven't been able to fully complete day 1 of week 5, and I've ran it twice now. Should I keep repeating each day until I conquer it, or should I move on to day 2 of week 5? Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?

    I never moved on to the next day until I felt really good about the current one. Sometimes it took 3 times to get there but if the current day is hard, the next one up will probably be a little tougher. I would say its best to stick with the current one until you get through it and are comfortable with progressing to the next!

    That's what I was thinking, but I'm scared I"m going to be stuck on this day for ever!

    Lol. You won't be. I thought that too, but eventually my body just cooperated and I got over that hump. You can do it!
