For some reaons, I seem to have a very hard time exercising (getting up at 5 am) to exercise on my non running days. Anyone else have this? I can usually talk myself into going for a walk at lunch or riding my exercise bike in the evenings, but I just can't get up early like I can for running! Help!

I'm the same way! I just cannot get out of bed to run at 5AM on NON-running days. Don't feel bad because you aren't alone!
I opt for getting my cardio in as 45 minutes on the elliptical in the afternoons. Elliptical being my trainer's idea.

I am having the same issue. Yesterday, I hopped right out of bed at 7 AM to go running, but today I couldn't do it. It is nice to have my workout done in the morning, but I guess I will have to go when I get out of work tonight instead....

Yes, case in point... I haven't done it yet lol. But that's for "other" reasons lol. Going to start the up at 5 every weekday next week. Keep pressing forward!!

Funny thing is, I have NO problems getting up at 5 am to run! I'm anxious to do so! I just can't get up that early to NOT run! LOL

    Oh hell ya!

I look forward to my "rest non running" days! I get an hour extra sleep because I do my other workouts in the eve or afternoon.

I actually look forward to it now (though I am way more excited on my running days since I love to run).
