    Between Susan, EggFace, and Barbaric Foodie I have had a wonderful time sticking to my plan, and never feeling deprived.

    In fact I did a father's day bbq for the whole family made up of WLS friendly foods and everyone loved it. No one realized that there were no starchy carbs at the meal. I even served a protein ice cream cake and no one was the wiser.
