I didn't log it, but I estimated about 7,000 on Thanksgiving. I was trying to prove a point, and keep up with my bottomless-pit BIL, and actually gave myself a terrible stomach ache.

But, I really don't think it counts, since I didn't actually log it.

I actually don't think I've broken 3k? I just checked my thanksgiving and I only clocked in 2200 (I didn't eat ANYTHING but my thanksgiving meal so there's really only so much food you can put in your belly in a single meal).

If I let myself kind of eat normally I probably hit around 22-2800 per day.

(yeaaah... I wasn't really fat because of the food, I was fat because given the opportunity I will sit on my butt and do NOTHING from sunrise to sunset)

So yeah. probably not gonna win this one. I bet I *could* eat 4k but it would be 2500 calories of regular food and 1500 calories of pie.

I think it was the pie that did me in. Pecan pie is like 500 calories a slice and I think I had 3.

I was shocked the first time I made both Pecan pie and fudge. No wonder people gain weight over the holidays!

Yup - my Thanksgiving goes like this: Homemade cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting for breakfast (usually with some whiskey in my coffee).. then I snack on black olives and deviled eggs until "dinner", which happens around 3p. All the while drinking either big big beers or whiskey... then dinner happens, and it's basically a catastrophy. And of course dessert is a dinner plate with all of the pies, whipped cream and/or ice cream, and fudge. And you KNOW about my fudge... Wrap up the night with a full-fat latte (because that's MIL's new thing - to make everyone lattes after Tday dinner), and I'm clockin' 6k+...

My brother's pig roast... that day must have been insane. Started with breakfast at Cracker Barrel, and only got more gluttonous from there. Pork, chicken, fruit, chips, dips, desserts, desserts, desserts, booze, booze, booze... and more booze. Jello shots, cherry bombs, jager bombs, mojitos, 'ritas... My liver is crying just thinking about it.

You have painted a beautiful picture here. I think I might cry. Also I usually claim being able to eat WELL beyond fullness as my superpower but you've got me well beat there, I'd probably throw up that latte.

Eating more than any mortal should is also my super power... but I promise you I did spend a few minutes in the bathroom because I was sure the latte was coming back.

    Still, it. was. glorious.

This past Sunday...I used to not bother logging my occasional cheat days. I logged everything on Sunday. And went over 3000 cals. Half of it: booze! aww, yea.

Yeah, I've had some boozy days/nights that have turned into caloric nightmares. Lol. I have NO idea how I got fat in the first place!?! Smh.

Reviving this thread cuz I just posted about this very thing earlier today. My record was back in January: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/stubbysticks?date=2012-01-14

Lunch @ the Japanese buffet, dinner & copious amounts of liquor at the bar, then soul food takeout on the way home. 7,078 calories like a BOSS. I didn't get sick, & still lost weight that week!

I don't think I've ever gotten to 3000. Right now, the most I've logged was about 2400. I'll keep trying for the 3000 mark, though. And then I will celebrate. With 1000 more.

I'm currently eating 4250 on workout days, that's probably the highest I've ever logged, but I'm certain I've eaten much more. If I'm having a "go all out" day like thanksgiving, I don't bother logging.

Sounds like fun, but it can be a burden at times. I ate 6 bagels and cream cheese last Thursday night, was hungry an hour later, lol.

This is why I never look at your diary because it make me cry and curse my maker for being a 4'11" woman.

The worst binge I had was about 3500-4000 calories. It included risotto and McD

It's really not a challenge!! Trying to be the big dog when it comes to eating is exactly why I'm so fat now.

    Nice, what was it?

And I'm not gonna lie, now I actually REALLY want to let myself eat whatever I damn well want all day one day and see what I end up with. I *think* I wouldn't go much over 3k unless I forced myself to eat more htan I really wanted, or there was alcohol involved.

It was a work meeting. Big hike in the morning left me really hungry, then there was Panera and oatmeal cookies (I think I had 5 for like 250 a piece), followed by beer, appetizers (buffalo chicken nachos and potato skins) and bar dinner (fish and chips).
