What weight loss goal would you like to reach by Labor Day 2012?

I would like to be 20 lbs down and able to run a 7 minute mile.0

I am training for the police academy. The following are my goals:
Lose 20 lbs
Run a 7:30 min mile
Run 1.5 miles under 15:32
300 m run under 67 secs
26 pushups
32 situps under 1 min0 -
My goal is to lose 15 pounds and finish Couch to 5K.0

Love all of the running goals!! I've been running since January, worked up to a 7:26 mile from a 9:45 in a few months, and also distance. We'll have to make some run challenges for those of us interested in improving!0

I WILL lose 20-30 pounds by labor day I have completely changed my eating habits , ive realized food is fuel not therapy!!! Im walking 3-5 miles a day , five days a week,whether it be walking outside or on my Tony little gazelle watching tv. Im amazed how my body is loving me back, my stress level is down and my fitness pal is definetely helping me out! I would love to recieve support and give support if needed ! Good luck everyone!0

i would like to lose 20-30 by labor day..................right now i am 216............final goal is 165........i hope to reach that by christmas........i am burning between 300-400 calories a day moderate to speed walking........my problem is that i am making healthy choices.......limited bread (pasta, bread, rice, potatoes).........i think i have had one serving of pasta is 2 weeks.......and my goal calories are 1210..........i am not meeting my goal calories............0

I'm going to lose 20-30 pounds! I just have to make sure my diet is sustaining me again. My poorly planned vegetarian diet left me nearly passing out everytime I left the gym. =/0

Goal is to lose 20 lbs by Labor Day
Finish my Learn to Run 1Mile program, and be started the C25K right after
Work out at least 3 days a week on top of the running...30ds, kettlebell or yoga
and final goal...to stop blowing it and overeating on weekends, and holidays!
Current weight is 182
Goal weight is 145-140

I need a support group like this to help me achieve my weight loss goals.
I would like to lose 31 lbs by labor day.
In September/October I would to run a 10mile, followed by a 1/2 marathon.
I will run 4 times a week, and weight train 3 times a week.
I also need to stop blowing it on the weekends. I get bored and overeat.
Current weight is 177
Goal weght is 1460 -
I'd like to do this! I'm currently 131 and would like to lose 10 pounds. It's challenging since I'm very near my goal. Great idea!0

I'd like to lose at least 15 lbs. and be down at least one more size. I would like to increase my exercise to include more walking, at least 45 minutes 5 days a week and add some weight training.0
