    Weighed in at 119.4 lbs Wednesday morning but forgot to log it. As of Wed I am down 13 lbs ....... Woot Woot, amazing what a little excerise, logging food intake, & cutting out alcohol can do :smile:

    Very odd - I have not lost any weight but have lost 2 cm off my hips and 1 cm off my waist...I have been doing pressups and situps and they do say muscle weighs more than fat....

    It sounds like everyone is doing great : )

    I'm having a hard time and was hoping the group could give some advice. I meet other families at Chuck E Cheese and they order pizza - how do you not eat it? I even brought a bag of veggies and ate before I went and still had to try the pizza! I'm in situations like this all the time, whether it's appetizers my husband orders a bbq or work function. Any tips?
