Hi all! I'm following the wheat belly/paleo eating plan which is high (healthy) fat and low carb. I LOVE eating this way. I feel great! I would love to find some friends on MFP to share food diarys, recipes etc. I believe encouragement and support is key in this journey! So send out that friend request :happy:

Hi! Feel free to add - I'm also paleo, though more primal as I haven't been able to completely give up cheese and yogurt! I've reduced it, at least. Coincidentally, since I went 'primal' last summer, I've found out that I'm gluten-intolerant when I've 'cheated'. I learned my lesson! :laugh:0
