Had a pretty good run this morning. I’m on W5D1 but I ran for 15 minutes straight (a peronal high), then walked 2 minutes, then ran another 11 minutes. Friday is supposed to be my 20 minute run. Gonna have to push myself on Wednesday!!

My ankle is starting to get sore, but I'm impressed that it took this long for me to start to feel it. Taking the ibuprophen and making sure I'm stretching well before and after. Really don't want it sidelining me!

    I saw that 20 minute run on the plan and got SCARED! lbvs
    I'll let you know how it all goes tomorrow.

    its w5d3 isnt REALLY that bad.. I found I had to slow my running speed down and I was able to make it without stopping .. The key is going to be stretching and going a bit slower .. Good luck with the ankle..Feel free to add me if you want
