wondering if anyones still going? im getting very very board, no longer doing it at the wekends its really hard when theres such lovely weather and dh is off with the children so have been enjoying family time instead and thought id do the shred on weekdays

im now day 4 level 2 and sooo board of it ..almsot half way through..my wieght hasnt budged one bit!

  • I haven't lost any weight either... I did lose some inches but my clothes don't fit any better. I'm tired of being soo sore I can't even hold my baby but nothing to show for it... but I feel like if I quit then everyone that knows I was doing the shred will look down on me for it.
  • This Wednesday will be 1 month since I decided to get fit and I have nothing to show for it.

    I skipped Saturday and Sunday because I was battling a chest cold. I did it today, coughing my way through the cardio. I still like this level less, but am getting better at it. Afterwards I did about 30 minutes of yoga, because I never feel like JM's stretches are sufficient. I do feel pretty good now.
