Finished!
I finished it 2 days ago while on a trip to visit family. Started Ripped in 30 yesterday and going to get some heavier weights. Hope everybody is doing well!
Tuesday July 3
I guess this would be Day 28 for anyone who Shredded every single day. For me, it was L2, D9. Today was the first day I got through with Level 2 and thought - "Well, that wasn't so bad." One more day to bask in my accomplishment, and then I move up to Level 3. Good Grief. Day 19, shredded.
Level 3!
Anyone with me? Loved it! It was the most 'fun' of the 3 levels to me, but I guess that's because I like the strength moves more than lots of bouncing-around-cardio. The cardio moves in this are really cardio-strength hybrids. I also noticed that this transition was way easier than from 1 to 2. Day 1 of L2 really had me…

Worked late yesterday, so I bailed on the 30DS, but I did it today - Level 2, Day 6. Day 16, shredded.
Tuesday 6/26
Uh-oh - I'm starting to hear crickets chirping in here. :( Day 5 of level 2 today. Level 2 is still kicking my tail, I finish up panting like a dog. It doesn't help that I'm still battling a chest cold of some sort, and hacking up a lung. But, like I keep saying, I got through it. Halfway, Baby! Day 15, Shredded.
I've been completely MIA
This is the first time I have been on a computer since Tuesday or so... I've been inputting all food from my phone. Sunday night I started feeling really sick with a sore throat and head cold. wondering if anyones still going? im getting very very board, no longer doing it at the wekends its really hard when theres such lovely weather and dh is off with the children so have been enjoying family time instead and thought id do the shred on weekdays im now day 4 level 2 and sooo board of it ..almsot half way…

Day 3 level 2 complete planks still killing me.but ive lost 1/2lb for the first time in ages.and my legs feel tight , not painful just tighter. Hope everyones doiing well x

What do you plan to do when you finish 30DS? I think I'll try Ripped in 30, because I really like the 3-2-1 set up, but I'd really like to hear what others are planning.
