Me 0 - 1 The Shred

*sigh*

So I had a rest day... then missed a day. And now I am pretty much not doing the shred.

Was getting a bit demotivated after not really losing anything for a few weeks. I'm aiming to get my calorie intake up as I think that might be stopping my loss. I guess I just felt like I was trying so hard and not seeing any results.

However... I am gonna get back into it, so I might be a few days behind you all now but this.... I HAVE to do.

The weight isn't gonna disappear on it's own and while I have the resources to hand, I'm not gonna let it escape me.

I've kept my food intake in check, no binges or cheat days, just increasing my daily total, that was my main source of worry and now it's back on track (1280 a day) I am ready to continue with the Shred.

Hope everyone's doing well, just wanted to say hi and... I'M BACK!

    I missed yesterday, after two weeks and not missing a single day I am disappointed in myself.... Today is a new day, lets do this! I haven't lost anything either, but from what I've read that is normal for shred!!
