final week

Just wanted to check in and say hello.
For the past two weeks I've had some trouble in the food area, but my fitness level may save me yet. :)
After 9 weeks, I am in my last week of couch potato. I ran today for 30 minutes, for 2.5 miles. It was like a dream. Actually at the end it was more like one of those breathing heavy-please wake me up type of dreams, lol, but I made it. Was it really a month ago that I couldn't run 8 minutes? Seriously, this program has changed my life. I am searching for parks that have trails so that I can explore nature while jogging. My stress and anxiety are way down. I'm looking ahead to 10ks and I'm even thinking about a half marathon. Who am I?
Thank you to everyone here who has been incredibly supportive and wonderful. Good luck to all - and keep doing it. The feeling of accomplishment is worth every sweaty, oxygen-deprived moment!
