Herbalife RECIPES only

Hello! I am so happy that I found this group! Thank you Marne for creating it.
I am looking for yummy recipes to supplement my Herbalife new way of eating. I looked in the message boards of this group and found a couple of them. I decided to add them here so they are all in one place and do not get drowned in the other topics. I hope it helps you guys. If you want to share recipes please post them here so we can create our own collection.

My husband makes some delicious chicken using the creamy chicken soup mix.

1 packet of Herbalife creamy chicken soup mix
boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
    water
    Pam or other spray

Spray skillet with Pam or other spray.
    Completely cook chicken.
Sprinkle entire package of soup mix over chicken.
Add 3-4 oz. of water and let simmer until soup gets thicker and a little bubbly.

The soup mix has only 70 calories and 16 grams of protein.
    SOOO good!! :)

You are so very welcome! :)

I haven't tried the following but I have a colleague who says it is incredible. (I think I'll be buying some of the Active Fiber Complex so I can make it and try it!!)

    Bikini in a Cup
    12 oz. Water
    6 caps Mango Aloe
    4 scoops Peach Beverage Mix
    2 scoops Active Fiber Complex
    Blend.
    It has 170 calories, 30 g Protein, 16 g carbs, 10 g fiber.

I would probably add ice and blend it in a blender. :)

I hear this is amazing! I ordered the active fiber, should get it this week and I'll let you know what I hear. I have heard that it is a MUST to blend in a blender if you have "texture" issues.
