YAY!

I'm so glad i found this group. I looked all over the Atkins website and its not very active. I'm beginning the atkins diet today. It has been about 13 yrs since I did it last. Back then the diet only allowed 14 net carbs in the induction phase (i see things have changed). But when I was doing the plan before I lost 40 lbs in 2 months. Im hoping to have good results as well this time. :)

    I'm on my third week & finding it's easier for me to stick to Atkins because I'm not as hungry as other diet plans. Also it's easier to cook for my husband & just add carbs in for him.

    I've been cooking a little more than I usually do, & I really have to plan well, but it helps to have the Atkins bars & drinks available too.

    I'm down 7 lbs in 3 weeks.

  • awesome. I began yesterday and Im down 1.2 lbs. I dont believe its water weight because I've lost 8 lbs over the last month doing regular calorie counting and have been drinking up to 96 oz of water daily....So im hoping this new 1.2 is actually body weight.
