I'm new to MFP. I'm hoping this will help me lose weight. I am on W2D1 of C25K. I had to do week 1 twice. W1D3 kicked my butt and I'm quite disappointed in myself. I don't know if I'll ever make it to 5K. <sigh>

    There were some weeks that I had to do three or four times! Just keep at it and you'll rock it.

    I was on week 3 for almost 4 weeks! So it doesn't matter if you repeat a week or not. I'm hitting up W4D1 today! I have been to this point before, but had to go back to W3. NOT TODAY!
