I started eating Primal on May 1st and on May 7th had bloodwork done for a baseline. I went back to the doctor on June 20th for my annual and they took bloodwork again. The results are below:

I realize it's only been two months and anything can happen, but seeing results is really motivating! I don't know why the glucose was worse, but I had been kind of bad with my diet during the days leading up to (sushi, etc).
Can someone explain the Non-LDL cholesterol to me? It's supposed to be 30 above the LDL so it should be 124 for me. What is that anyway?

Blood Pressure should say 110/70..... typo.0 -
Also, I had elevated levels of chloride and low levels of carbon dioxide, indicating hyperventilation of the blood. There was no reason for me to be in a state of hyperventilation. I looked it up and read that the body uses hyperventilation to balance metabolic acidosis.... Could this be an indication of ketosis or something?0

Have no idea about that - I know when I had my blood tests done about 2 months ago my creatine levels were higher than normal...but my Dr. didn't worry about that since I do a lot of lifting he brushed it off as an offshoot of my muscles probably always being in a state of repair = higher creatine levels...
Could the type of exercise you do cause the results?0
