Light, med, heavy weights?

Hey guys what size weights are you using? This is not a contest I am just curious:-)
I am using 5,8, and 10s. The DVD didn't make any recommendations.

I am using 4's and 8's. Need to get a set of 10's, as right now I only have the 2 sets.0

I bought a set of 3, 5, 8 lbs. (I thought she did recommend those? But maybe that was from 30 Day Shred)
Essentially, for the first two weeks, 3's were my primary. Unless she said get heavy and I'd grab the 5's.
And now, for weeks 3 & 4, 5 lb weights are my primary.
For the 2nd month, I plan on using 8 lbs as my primary.
Maybe for month 3, I'll buy some 10 lbs.0 -
I use the 5, 8 and 10s, though when she says light, I use 8 unless there is no way for me to do it (warrior 3 and weighted supermans). I use 10s almost all the time.
In the video they are using 3s as their lightest.0 -
I'm using 3's, 5's, and 8's and I'm on Week 2. I'm thinking about buying 10's and 12's. If those are too heavy I'll just use them later. I feel stronger Week 2, but I think that's just because Week 1 I did the 2 a day's and my cardio is better. I no longer have to reserve energy for a second workout. I'm really loving this program thus far.0

Hey Monique! So far (phase 1) i'm using a 5lb weight. I actually own the weight set that is used on the videos. Hopefully i'll graduate to an 8 pounder.0

I only had 3 pound weights through all of phase 1 and most of phase 2, I just recently bought 5 pound weights. Maybe if I do this thing again I'll grab some 8's and push my up button!! :-)0

I use 5lb dumbbells right now because they are the heaviest ones that I own. I ordered 8's and 10's from Amazon, they should be here in time for tomorrows Workout 1. Excited to use them. The 5lb ones are a bit to easy for me on some of the moves. I'll probably keep using them for some of them though.
I am feeling awesome and stronger as Week 2 progresses!0 -

So far I've only used the 8 lbs weights on Workout 2. I really try to push it when it comes to biceps because I know I'm stronger than I think I am. I can only use the 5 pounders when it comes to triceps and shoulders.0 -
I only have 10's, but already feeling like i need to graduate to a heavier weight. I would really like to buy one of those sets that you can dial in your weight instead of buying multiple weights.....0
