Just downloaded C25K!

Hi guys!
I planned on beginning today but I overslept. lol. I'll be starting tomorrow morning! So far I've heard great things about the program, so I'm really looking forward to it! I'm also considering working that in with Zumba and Insanity.

I need some C25K beginner buddies so we can motivate each other! :D

    I know exactly how you feel. I almost overslept. Turned off the alarm went back to sleep but then I got up with just of time to drag my butt out of bed and get ready for jogging. Weird how that works. Feel free to add me. I am starting Week 3 on Monday.

    I just did week one, day two yesterday. I think that it would be great to have a support group! I have a podcast downloaded on my Ipod that I really like using :) I did better than I thought I would on day 1!
