Getting back into it

Hello, I have been a member of My Fitness Pal for a little while now but i haven't logged on in a while because I was thinking about trying another diet call HCG which i know some of you have heard of it before but i think this way is healthier and i will be abke to maintain it well after i reach my goal.

    Good for you!! You have the right idea, I tried HCG the correct way I might add under a doctors care (weekly check in's and all that) I was hungry and cranky the entire time 600 calories a day I lost 32 lbs in a month 22 the next and to make a long story short I gained it all back when I stopped taking the HCG and eating regularly again! DUUUUUUUUGH I felt really crunchy! Eating clean and training is to me the best and only way for permanent healthy weight loss! Good luck!
  • wow Thank you for telling me that, because I was still considering it but, I was a little afraid that after I stopped it would come right back and you confirmed that for me. Someone was also telling me that while on the HCG diet you really do not have a lot of energy to exercise and I am getting to the point where I LOVE to work out so that diet wouldn't work into my lifestyle.
