I tired to Google and search the forums, but I cannot really get a good grip on what this is and how I go about starting it. I know it is lifting for women, but can anyone tell me more?
I have lost all my weight eating well and doing cardio, but I wish I had lifted all along. This is, I currently really dislike lifting, but I know I can learn to love it if I see results, lol. I am doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution now, but I will be looking for something when I am done.
Can someone help?

This is a great book called New Rules of Lifting for Women. I checked it out at my local library but you can also get it on Amazon and other sites. It is really wonderful.0
