Ok to split up workouts?

So, I work out after my kids go to bed, usually starting around 7:30/8. When I start TF, I don't really want to be working out for an hour starting that late. My question is, can the workouts be split up? Like do one during nap time and one after they go to bed? Or are they meant to be done all at once?

I'm sure that would be fine. I think as long as you complete the exercises for that day you will be fine.0

Do you mean to do like the Fire 30 and then later do Sculpt 30 or something? I think that is fine
