I am going on week 2 of body by vi and have lost 6 lbs but have now started to gain a couple back, I exercise daily try to get 40 minutes of cardio, going to start some weights soon. I have been told several different amounts of calories I should be eating I started off at 1200, a few days of that i lost then I gained. Now I'm hearing I should have more, no less than my BMR and that is 1373, then I keep hearing no only 1200. SO I have no idea what I am suppose to eat!! Can anyone help??

    Are you eating the calories that you are burning? If so, you could be eating less then 1200 and that could make your body want to hold onto weight.
  • No I haven't been eating the calories I burn off.
