Off the pace considerably this week. Since my calorie in/out ratios have continued to be good all week, and I've been exercising quite a bit, I think that my "real" loss is higher than that. I know when starting an intense workout regimen that happens is the muscles that are being highly stressed retain some fluid as they repair themselves to the new, stronger form. I suspect that is what has caused my loss to slow considerably, so I hope that I'll make it up a bit in the coming weeks as my body adjusts to the new regimen.0 -

Since today is the first day of july I got on the scale( even though we don't weigh in until wednesday and I only like to get on the scale once a week) to see if I reached my goal of 10 pounds for the month of june.

Week 1 and 2 were very emotional with the extreme up and down. PMS and my Husband's birthday really took me out, along with a knee injury that has kept me from running for almost a month now. I have bounced back and won't let that determine the fate of my health!0
