I hope you are all as excited as I am! :D

In case any of you missed it, here is our Challenge Breakdown:

Week 1 - 60 minutes of Jump Rope - that breaks down to just under 9 minutes a day. Break it up how you may. Two minutes in the morning. Four minutes over lunch and three minutes after dinner... Or maybe you were too busy one day and now have to get 18 minutes in one day. Or MAYBE you wanna be a champ and do 60 minutes all at once to knock out the whole week?! Whatever floats your boat ;)

Week 2 - 2 hours of Jump Rope

Week 3 - 3 hours of Jump Rope

July 29th - 30 Minutes
July 30th - 30 Minutes
July 31st - 30 minutes

    I'm READY! I think! haha. I did take pics for my blog and plan on updating at the end of the month so that should count as before and after. :) I'll post them at the end of the month.
