Hi-
Who is adding on to the program? I am adding the abs workout 3 times a week total and when I feel better, I am going to add elliptical 20-30 minutes on strength days. I do turbo jam instead of that last cardio video and a slim in 6 slim series video either burn it up or tear it up on the 6th day. I just LOVE cardio.

I didn't, but my video library has increased to include Brazil Butt Lift. I may try a hybrid of those.
One time I did a TF Stretch instead of Recharge and once I did the TF HIIT 15 instead of Burn it Off.0 -
During the Burn and Phase I added the ab workout to the strength days so I did it 3 days a week. During the Lean phase there is so much core work done in the circuits that it was hard to add extra ab work. But I did add the TF stretch to the end of every workout in this phase and it helped with the tightness and soreness. And I replaced burn it off with the TF Hiits that came free. I plan on doing another round when I am done with this one and take a break (I am in my last week) but this round I plan on doing a hybrid of TF and CLX.0

I have also added the Ab burner for 3 days instead of just 1. I'm thinking that I may add my Zumba in for some extra cardio on the rest days once the majority of the soreness goes away. although Chaleans' Burn Intervals also kick my booty.0

I'm on day 3 of Lean Phase, and I've started adding on since I started Push phase.
Right now, I'm also doing a Couch to 5k running program (30 minutes of walk/run, 3 x week).
On the rest days, if I'm not too busy or sore, I'll add an extra workout - so far, I've done a couple of sessions of Turbo Jam Cardio Party, and just yesterday, I tried HIIT 15 from TurboFire.
I also walk a lot (4-5k, 3-4 days/week)
I've also prefer doing a Pilates DVD to Recharge, so that now has me getting abs 2x week instead of 1x.0 -
On my non lifting days, I'm doing Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs with Butt Bible.0
