Help! Fitness level and other things confusing this newbie

Could someone help me out with my fitness level? I had it set originally to moderate, but I think I was underestimating how much I exercise. So, I'm 5'2", 217, female, 34, and I generally exercise 1.5 to 3 hours a day, and burn 5000-8000 cal per week (so far, haven't been doing this very long.) I do about 1-3 hours of light housework a day, but otherwise I sit a lot.

So I've been eating at the moderate level TDEE - 15% (used the scooby workshop calculator) and having a little trouble eating all my calories--though I could add some calorie-and-nutrient denser foods to my diet, I'm sure. But the more I look at it, the more it feels like I'm doing the wrong thing.

Like today--I exercised almost 2000 calories, which leaves me with net calories of 200-something. Do I need to eat up to my BMR--1725--which would be about 1500 more calories?

There's just so much stuff to learn, and I want to do this the right way. I don't want to starve myself. Please give me any advice you can!

If you're exercising 1.5-3 hours a day, 7 days a week, then you're exercising 10.5-21 hours a week... putting you into the highest activity level on scooby.

Ok, thanks! Another question that I forgot to include in my original post: I've been doing this for a little over two weeks, and on average having very low net calories. Some days I get them up to 1000, but it's hard. I've seen people talk about resets--should I do one of those, or am I ok, since it hasn't been very long?
