Baked Spaghetti Squash w/ Ragu Sauce Recipe

Here is a simple recipe that even Mekella and Kelli can cook :smile:

Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash
Olive Oil
Sea Salt or Regular Salt
Ragu Chunky Garden Sauce

Optional
1 lb ground chuck or ground turkey

Cut Spaghetti Squash in half length wise and remove seeds and clear out the middle.
Rub olive oil on the edges of the cut side and season with salt place the Squash cut side down in baking pan
Bake at 400 for 1 hour Remove the Squash from the oven and take a fork and grate the inside and it will look like spaghetti noodles put in container.

While squash is cooking you can cook ground chuck or ground turkey if desired and add to sauce or just heat sauce.
It is delicious!!
