3, 2, 1 Cake
These individual little cakes are amazing and ready to eat in one minute! They are perfect for whenever you feel like a treat without all the fat and calories that cake can have. Genius idea!
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box Cake Mix - Any Flavor
2 Tbsp Water
Directions:
In a ziploc bag, combine the two cake mixes together and mix well. For each individual cake serving, take out 3 Tablespoons of the cake mix combination and mix it with 2 Tablespoons of water in a small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1 minute, and you have your own instant individual little cake! Keep remaining cake mixture stored in the ziploc bag and use whenever you feel like a treat! You can top each cake with a dollop of fat free whipped topping and/or some fresh fruit.
Helpful Tips:
This recipe is called 3, 2, 1 Cake because all you need to remember is "3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, 1 minute in the microwave!" Try various flavors of cake mix like carrot, red velvet, pineapple, lemon, orange, etc. Just remember that one of the mixes has to be the angel food mix; the other is your choice. The flavor possibilities are endless!

This is fantastic Skinny......I have never heard of it before. Thank you so very much for sharing it! I am always wanting something sweet from time to time and this will give me so many different options. I usually eat the little 100 calorie packets of sweets when I get in one of my sweet moods. But this is so exciting that I can't wait to check it out. I had a friend to tell me just this weekend about, freezing the container of Fat-Free Coolwhip and eat it frozen and it tastes like ice cream. I think I will give it a try with your cake recipe! Thanks a bunch!!!! Keep any other tips coming my way, I will welcome them.:happy:0

Hi everybody!
The 3,2.1 cake is awesome. I have a mixed package in my pantry and know I can always have a little something sweet, if I want it. Mine is angel food and german chocolate cake mix, and the cake is a little lighter chocolate look to it (from the angel food mix) but it is delish. I'm thinking of trying to make one with a little Pam spray on the bowl so it slides out...what I do now is just eat it out of the bowl. I'd love to make a small little cake for my granddaughter, when she visits. Cool whip is great for icing and so little calories...it is really good.0 -
This sounds like the perfect thing to have on hand and readily available. I bet a little sf jam on top would make a nice topping as well.0

I take smuckers sugar free blackberry preserves and melt it and pour it over the top. Let preserves cool a little though first before eating.0

Great tips! I plan on trying them all. ;-)0

I love all the suggestions you all are posting here...keep up the great work. They all sound so good. This 3,2,1, Cake Recipe is so exciting. Amazing how many ideas you all have to dress it up. You will never get bored with it when you can change it up so much. I am going to try it with sliced strawberries and frozen cool whip (tastes like ice cream) on it. And also with fresh sliced peaches and frozen cool whip....gotta be wonderful either way. I can't wait to see just how many different ways to have it. Thanks so very much for the recipe Skinnyme47. It is a HUGE HIT.0

Made one today to take to my SIL instead of eating dry muffins that some baker has had vacuumpacked for months.0
