I've been away for awhile, and it looks like everyone else has, too. I'm looking forward to logging exercise daily as a way to reward myself for actually doing any exercise :-).
I keep seeing the weight bars that show how much people have lost and they all look different. I am kinda new to myfitness pal, where can I find it? Also, is there a way to enter monthly photos of myself? Is that like the blog? Much thanks!

I'm going to continue enjoying my fitbit (wow, what a great investment!) and continue to work on my eating plan. What's your plan?
I thought it would be nice to have a thread on restaurant suggestions. I recently found out that Jimmy John's offers an Unwich which I am thrilled by. It is any of their sandiches wrapped in lettuce leaves and wow, a nice savings in calories and I don't even miss the bread. On their site you can modify any sandwich and get…
