Alrighty, Ladies! It's that time of week again! Time to ***** or brag!


Back down to 239 from last week's spike, so still not the happiest, but I did measurements and lost 6.5" overall in the last week ... sooooo, I guess I have to be happy about that.

    I'm trying! My family started walking at night so there's another 2 miles a day. Hoping it will help! :wink:

    I just needed something extra at night. I do really well early in the morning, but mid afternoon on, I just drag. The evening walks are helping me to sleep better.I don't think that it is hurting them either!:wink:
