I'm going to continue enjoying my fitbit (wow, what a great investment!) and continue to work on my eating plan. What's your plan?

Trying to work more activities into the day so my kiddo will leave the ac and do something! She helped a bit in the kitchen this week do hopefully that will continue so that she has some ownership in the meal planning. I really need to iron out the food plan.0

2. Continue tracking my calories
3. Continue drinking a lot of water
4. Get below 330 lbs. this week.0 -
To continue to enjoy my newfound "addiction" to exercise... Switching off between Tae Bo (got a new DVD in the mail yesterday, in fact!) and the elliptical/bike/weights at the gym.
