Heatheralia's stage 1 pre & post

I finished my AMRAP's from stage 1 this morning and was eager to compare pics! I am doing this all at home, so I have had a few modifications. Here are my starting and finishing stats:
Squats: 27 lb -->87 lb.
push-ups: (no change, started on floor but form might be better now)
barbell bent over row (replaces seated row): 27-->87 lb
step-up: (20 inch high step) 10 lb dumb bells-->20 lb dumb bells each
prone jackknife: no change, better form and endurance
deadlift: 67 lb-->107 lb
dumbbell shoulder press: 15-->20 lb each
pullover (replaces pulldown): 10-->30 lb
lunge: 15 dumbbells each-->25 lb dumbbells each
swiss ball crunch: regular-->weighted 30 lb over head
Not the huge increases that I had hoped for, but I have to remember this is just the beginning! I gained 3 pounds and didn't lose any inches. :grumble: However, I do feel stronger and have had less lower back pains after doing yardwork than I used to, so that is a definite bonus! Now for the pictures...
