Destroyed my diet

I totally lost my motivation for the diet for the last two months and i ate whatever i wanted. haha Did any of you do the same? Well its summer now so time to get back on schedule for those who stopped like me. Well I've got 4 months left to lose 30 pounds.

Just go back to basics and refocus, ignore the time or the amount to lose. You have to lose 1lb in the first week.
The summer makes it easier, nicer selection of salads and veggies and it is great to get into the fresh air and burn some extra cal.
We both want to get down 30 odd pounds before Christmas, but little steps, one pound after another. You will soon get back into the swing of it!0 -
