YAY! I did it!

Day 1 of 30DS is completed! It was tough, but completely doable. Based on some people's comments I thought I might not be able to do it. But it wasn't as hard as I'd imagined and the time flew by. My pushups were messy, but that just means i've got lots of room for progress! LOL!

    Day 1 completed yesterday -not sure how I will go as I am in the middle of 3 night shifts but I managed after a 50 min walk yesterday, Just taking it 1 day at a time!

    Day 2 DONE! I was sore, but kept going. I can see how it might wear on you, the soreness, if it persists day after day. Then again, it's only 20 min. I did extra cardio (kickboxing DVD) to burn off some extra calories and because in reading about other people's results (no weight loss, but inches lost/toned up) I just want to get in some extra cardio. I have over 50 pounds to lose, after all.
