Wow I was totally not prepared for that!!!! Level 2 is murder, my legs were just vibrating...But I will keep plugging along and hope for level 2 results to be as fantastic as I had with level 1

    I know right?!?! I struggles big time through the lower level. I can only imagine how level 3 will be. I am going to go back to level 1 and do it for a week.

    Wait for level 3....ouch! This is my last week and I am dreading the lower workouts.

    It is brutal I might even stay on level 2 for an extra week if I still feel this abused after the 2 weeks

    AHHHHH! My lvl 2 starts next week. o.O Good to know I can stick the level if I need to. My legs feel like jello cuz I just finished lower body.

    She is, but I really like her. The butt Bible is the first exercise program that I completed without a break. I am taking two weeks away before starting the cycle again.

    She really cracks me up. I'm on the second week of level two and it does get better, but I'm still feeling the burn.

    Lower Level 2 is killer! I moved up to the Lower Level 2 a week early because Lower Level 1 was not hard enough.But boy, Level 2 was haaard! I was sore for 2 days after doing it for the first time. Going to do 2 more weeks at Lower Level 2 before moving on to Level 3. :)
