Hi! I know this is a stupid question.. but how do you find out what 4 % of your weight will be?

  Hi! I know this is a stupid question.. but how do you find out what 4 % of your weight will be?

  You simply multiply your current weight by .04.
  For instance, i am 162 and I mulitply by .04 i get 6.48 pounds to lose.
