Hi Ladies,

My last op was cancelled due to a mix up at the hospital and I am now booked in for a diagnostic lap Tuesday 17th.

This will be my 4th lap and I am under an amazing endo specialist - so I know I am in good hands and one more step closer to getting my life back! but at the same time I am dreading another op :(

I hate this disease!

    Good luck with your lap!

    Is it just a diagnostic op or are you getting treatment while they are in there, so to speak?

    Thanks for the replies, gonna be a diagnostic lap and then hopefully will be booked in for more surgery to cut out the endo later in the year.

    Hi All!

    Lap went well and recovering well. They found adhesions on my bowel - which have been cut and disease is getting slightly worse.

    Seeing my consultant in July, so just waiting till then to be booked in for more surgery.

    Glad surgery went well. Very sorry to hear about the adhesions on the bowel. Get plenty of rest!! Sending lots of prayers up!!

    Adhesion pain is slightly better - but still giving me problems!, but its only been a month so its early days!

    Really hoping next op will help with pain relief!

    Got to go back to see consultant at end of July, so hopefully next op will be August/ September.
