how to get back on track after flare ups
I'm new to the group - 36 year old mama of two. I am very ready to lose weight and get in shape but there are 4-7 days of extreme endo pain each month. I'll eat well, exercise, then the pain days it's like "anything goes". I don't move much or eat well. How am I supposed to achieve my goals with so many roadblocks? How…

Endo and hip pain
Has anybody had severe sciatica and groin or hip flexor pain? Has it been due to growths of endo on ligaments? Does pelvic therapy or physiotherapy help? Any feedback would be great.

Newly Diagnosed
I recently found out I had an ovarian cyst rupture, which finally forced me to figure out what was wrong and I have been diagnosed with endo and uterine fibroids. My weight has gone out of control this year and not really at all related to diet and exercise. I have gained about 7lbs in just a month, on top of about 18 back…

Endo Diet
Is anyone here following the endo diet? I've been doing it for the last 3-4 weeks, and I have actually noticed a consistent difference in my daily pain. Before I started following the diet, I was sluggish, bloated, constantly had digestive issues, and had developed some really bad new pain. Fast forward 3-4 weeks later and…

New here
Hello all! I am so thankful I found this group! I recently began my journey to a better, healthier me. I have been doing very well with my diet and exercise. However, my TOM began yesterday. I attempted to exercise today, although I was in pain, and my usual 30 minute bike ride made the pain unbearable. I have daily pain…

Because all those wonderful symptoms aren't enough, some of us get to enjoy the constant daily bloat that makes button - up smart trousers an impossibility. Seriously, my old black work trousers used to make me so uncomfortable I'd feel sick by mid afternoon, but employers don't like leggings much and I feel the cold so…

Oh, the pain!
It's been a long time since any posts have been made here, but I'm hoping people are still around. A touch of back story, in short form: Diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS in 2011. Had surgery, helped with the pain for almost a year, symptoms slowly started to come back. Fast forward: It's 2015 and the pain and symptoms…

Intro here!
Hello all! I'm not necessarily new to the site, but I have never utilized the groups. Endo is something I've been dealing wit for quite some time, and I feel like it's starting to run my life. I need to take control. I lost 40 pounds last year, but since I had a lap surgery in May I have gained about 15 of them back and…

Endo Friends
So I have my first laparscopy scheduled for April 10th to diagnosis this evil villain in my body. For as long as I can remember I've always had super painful periods where I had to call of work or school, and if I didn't, I would end up laying on the floor, gripping my stomach and crying from the worst pain. I also get…
