I recently found out I had an ovarian cyst rupture, which finally forced me to figure out what was wrong and I have been diagnosed with endo and uterine fibroids. My weight has gone out of control this year and not really at all related to diet and exercise. I have gained about 7lbs in just a month, on top of about 18 back of the 26 I lost. I am feeling really unmotivated bc it seems like when I work really hard I still get severely bloated and it all comes back.

    I know what you mean. I was training for a half marathon and I was still gaining weight, my nutritionist was trying to figure out what was going one. I'm follow a healthier diet with the assistance of a coach so the pounds are starting to slowly come off. I gained about 40 pounds when the pain started.
