how to get back on track after flare ups

I'm new to the group - 36 year old mama of two. I am very ready to lose weight and get in shape but there are 4-7 days of extreme endo pain each month. I'll eat well, exercise, then the pain days it's like "anything goes". I don't move much or eat well. How am I supposed to achieve my goals with so many roadblocks? How have you managed them?

For the record, when I'm better about the endo diet, doing acupuncture, moving (even walking), and socializing (I swear laughing with girlfriends is healing)...fewer pain days.
