Okay... I just got a free drink coupon today and I want to use it in the best way at Starbucks. I really like the fraps, but they seem carbarific.

Does anyone know of a really good starbucks drink that they order that is carb-friendly? Is there a way to ask them to make everything with half and half?

    I like the iced americano with cream and splenda. It's only like $2.55 though, so not using your coupon to its fullest potential perhaps, but it's yum. Or maybe do a sugar-free syrup instead of splenda.

    I am wondering if they can do stuff with heavy cream and then the sweeteners.... Hmmm. Maybe I will have to google search?

    You can ask them to add heavy whipping cream! It is decadent! A squirt of SF caramel syrup and ask them to pour it over ice for you! Yummmmmm.

    I usually get a sugar free vanilla iced latte with heavy cream instead of milk-it's so good!
